If you aren’t already aware, the Duke City Hamfest is regrettably unable to organize its flagship event this fall. Rocky Mountain Ham Radio (RMHAM) has coordinated to step up and organize an amateur radio convention this August for the benefit of the New Mexico amateur radio community. We are working closely with ARRL leadership, and the event we are planning has also been designated as the 2023 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention.
On behalf of Rocky Mountain Ham Radio, I’m excited to announce that online registration for the 2023 ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention is now OPEN!
You are cordially invited to join amateur radio operators from across the Rocky Mountain Division (New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming) and beyond for a weekend filled with activities, buying/selling/trading of amateur radio gear, technical and non-technical forums, special guest speakers, an awesome prize lineup, a rare opportunity to operate the W1AW/5 special event station, VE exams, an NWS Skywarn training class…and more, as planning continues.
The action happens August 11-13 from the beautiful campus of St. Pius X High School in Albuquerque.
